Fourth of July was a 3000+ calorie day. I don't regret anything because I was with family and all the people I love were with me. I'm definitely feeling the effects of what I ate and drank yesterday, though, but what are holidays for?

Thanks, Glen...yeah definitely back on the "wagon". Biking in to work today was a chore. I'm loaded up with fruits and veggies for the week, though!
