Today's weigh in. I lost another 2 kgs. Now standing on 18 kgs lost in total, and officially a size 42 jeans. Not too long ago I was a size 50 (eish!!!) And I feel great! Hoping to go back to gym on Monday at a slow pace with little to no resistance (Dr's orders!) but I will get back into shape!!!

Well done really, my aim is to reach that size 42 jeans as well! I am tired of buying clothes at fat people shops! You are doing great & encouraging the rest of us.

Thanx you all. It's slow and some times really hard work. but getting back in the swing of things at the gym... the 3 weeks at home with a knee injury did not make matters easier. I am now starting back at square one but its getting better every day. The diet I'm on is really strict, and with the cold weather I am craving everything but what I'm supposed to eat... Can't wait for summer!
