I have been so flippin' tired lately. I decided to take a short nap today and ended up sleeping for 2.5 hours. I've done stationary bike as usual and tossed in some hooping tonight but I've really been slacking in the steps department. I guess it's a good thing we aren't having classes this week because I'd be having issues getting through. _____________________________________________________________________

190.6 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can't be super woman all of the time Natasha. Good on you for sleeping and working out. I'm having a take it easy day today - after waking up nearly 3 hours later than normal!
