Happy 148th Birthday Canada!

Well, it's a new month and my goal is to be better at sticking closer to my RDI of 1500 calories. For the month of June I averaged 1856 and that's not including the weekends. Must do better which will be hard as it's summer, full of bbqs and ice cream as well as a couple of birthdays this month starting with my hubby's tomorrow!

Must do better!

You can get that goal! Keep up with your exercise too and that will help with the summer balance. :)
