My legs were sore last night, but I still managed to get my workout in. Today I'm really going to have to push myself to get it done. I'm not feeling the best, so my brain is telling me to take a rest day, but I know I could do a workout and be fine. We'll see how I feel after work.

I think the reason I'm feeling kind of crumby today is that I've added a couple of things back into my diet. I'm going to get back to eating the things on my list of good foods and see if cutting those foods out makes me feel better. With the 5K this weekend I'd rather be a little restrictive and feel good when I run, than be miserable. We're going to be staying with my BIL and SIL too, so I don't want to feel crappy when we're visiting and playing with our nieces. We'll see how it goes, hopefully by tomorrow I'll be feeling much better.

Maybe some of the foods you introduced back to your diet is bad for you, you just need to figure out what. Have a nice evening :-)

Luckily I haven't tried much, so it's pretty easy to narrow it down. Unfortunately watermelon may have to go. :(

I think my down fall is bread maybe that's why I feel like a slug today. I just bought a watermelon, haven't cut it yet.
