Try again?
Kinda surprised weight isn't more after going to the camp this weekend, I ate tons of food and candy.
Gonna try to eat lots of veggies, good fats, less meat, less carbs by omitting bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc., and no sugars!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
