The weather has turned hot and muggy,but at least we are dry. We will golf at 8:30 tomorrow morning to get ahead of the hot day. Thursday we will be leaving on a road trip to the mountains. We haven't been on a road trip for a very long time. I am looking forward to it. I know my ankles will swell, they always do. Not gaining any weight is in the front of my mind, I think about it all the time. I don't want go gain, and I don't want to lose, I just want to come home the same size as I am right now. I have packed a lot of clothes because I know it is hot, but the mountains are cool. I want all bases covered. I am going to check in every so often, just to keep motivated.
