I had a raw red cabbage salad today, could use some twerking will look for a fuss free recipe for that .so anyway had the cabbage,diced apple and smoked salmon with a handful of walnuts and almonds and a vinio+orangejuice+olive oil dressing.was okay..Guess i'm used to softer baby salad leaves and the cabbage is quite cruchy.Had baked cauliflower for dinner with 2 slices of lamb roast.that was nice.Bought kettle bells last week so have them neat my desk for when i get bored I'll stand and do a few squats or windmill moves.I'm so proud i'm not on a sillt diet and watching days.I am eating all I am eating because i am motivated and actually enjoy this new lifestyle xo
