Was resigned to my ballooned weight for a few years until last year when I decided I want the old me back :) was sick of all the ugly fashion for bigger girls and constantly trying to fit into trendier smaller clothes.New eating habits and dropping the rich curries has helped immensely. I am avoiding wheat,pasta,rice at the moment and I don't miss it though I will occassionally have a nibble at something.Helps to find healthy things that you like and make them an everyday thing for instance I discovered i love cauliflower so have it all ways, steamed, roasted.Have lost 15 so far from 91 kg to 75... whooop! and hope to lose another 5 to 10 kgs with clean eating and moderate exercise.All the best in your journey too :) x
