It has been one day, and I seem to be loosing some water weight. can not say that I have not been hungery, However I do beleive this i mostly sugar cravings. I find eating multiple times per day a great challange i have to remaind myself to eat. I am hoping this will become easier once I have a chance to go shopping and obtain a few of the more recomended substitutes on the diet. All that beeing said 5lbs in one day (even water) woohoo :-)
324.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 174.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
