the last week has been a challange and the weight lose has slowed greatly. i am considering switching diet plans to the PCOS diet

lost so far: 9.4 lb

still to go: 169.6 lb

it's been one week since i started, i am down 6lbs and 2inches on my waste. i would love it if we continue this way. cravings and hunger do occur and i am consistanyly staying underr my recomended calorie intake, i beleive this makes a difference.

lost so far: 5.6 lb

still to go: 173.4 lb

I have increased the psylium fiber and I'm feeling ok besides the headache I have had for last two days. I was hungary a good portion of the day yesterday

OMG the usage of the potty is insane it is only 2:45pm and I have been 5-6 times. I am going to endever to increase my psylium fiber intake..hopefully that slowes the number of ime to the potty down. on the plus side weight seems to have moved down again (water??)
