I'm back on Phase 1....haven't been on it since Jan. and I forgot how strict it is! I've ate my "old" lifestyle for less than a week and feel like crap! I haven't weighed myself and I'm not planning to until my Friday weigh in.

I made Easter brunch for my side of the family and Easter dinner for my husbands side. I sent all the leftover Party Potatoes, Oreo Cheesecake, and Homeade Sweet Rolls home with family members!! No bad leftovers here!! I thought my husband was going to cry when he saw me packing it up but knew it HAD to be done!!

I'm going to do a food diary so that I can't cheat on Phase 1 since I'm use to Phase 2.

Easter's been tough on everyone, it seems! Very good of you to pack up all the leftovers and send them away. Good thinking! You can manage phase 1 for a few weeks because look how great it made your chart drop. Keep that in mind. Only a few months before summer and you'll want to wear shorts with the kids!
