skinnier loretta's Journal, 17 June 2015

So disappointing. Today is my birthday and I am turning over a new leaf. First thing I did this morning was head back to the gym. My arthritis is acting up (i'm sure because of the added weight). Felt 100% better after an hour at the gym. New goal is to lose 20 pounds, 10 by Labor Day.
