I had surgery on my wisdom teeth last week and lost track of what I have eaten. Liquid food doesn't fill much the stomach :-(
I had a hard time during the past year and especially the last few months. I have lost focus on food, exercise and in general about taking care of myself.
I want to first observe myself for some time and then correct the bad habits.
