Well although it looks like I lost 4 lbs this week, it's really from the last 2 weeks. Last week I didn't show any loss at all so I was probably retaining some water. Don't get me wrong, I am ecstatic to see it since usually it's never more than a pound a week. I wish it would continue, if only for a little while. Not feeling quite up to par today. I think maybe I ate my popcorn snack too late in the evening. My stomach is a little upset today. Haven't been able to eat breakfast (which I always do without fail). I guess I'll see how I feel around lunch time and start with some soup until my tummy settles down. Hope everyone is doing well and achieving their goals, whether short or long term :) See you next Monday :)
