I am really getting tired of these slow days lol! I've been waking up later than I want and just dragging my feet on everything. It's getting a little frustrating. I keep pushing through though so I suppose that is a good thing. These dizzy spells haven't really eased much but they did ease up long enough for me to get my workouts in. Not quite sure what is going on with that. But I guess I will deal with it.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Total Body Circuit. I still don't like this workout very much. Not too sure why. It could be because it's one I struggle with. Dunno. I pushed through and am glad that I did. I just wish I liked this workout more.
Plank: 30 second plank. This was definitely a challenge for me. I feel the strength building but it was hard to hold this position correctly so I was very conscious of that.
Kettlebell: I managed 2 rounds of kettlebell. I am not doing the workout video I used to do but instead, doing this one I found on MFP. It was a challenge but worked my muscles in a good way.
