Well, it is so hard to re-start the exercise, especially when there is other problems in life... so I did not exercise yesterday. I eat correctly and not too much so that helps, but I need to exercise to tone-up my body and look better. I need it! Ok today is another day, will eat my soup and drink water and the exercise thing might take me a bit more time until some other things get stable.
2 more days till weekend... I need some rest after my vacation lol

Well, I didn't exercise either, so that makes three of us. Fotunately, I don't feel guilty at all. :-)

Haha I don't feel guilty anymore.. I am still dropping in weight bit by bit, which is good! I only WANT to look better, but as for my weight I am quite satisfied... I will re-start soon, when I get motivated! Something has to trigger the motivation! ;)
