@Basil1965 no I work in a factory, and I don't dri k wine. Alcohol is curbed until June rn. It's mandatory work hours so I can't really relax

I'm not allowing alcohol for me on my Challenge until I go on vacation in June. Our regular is 40 hours but they can make it mandatory over time. At one point we were mandatory 78-90 hours. I've also worked as many as 74 days with no days off

I'm in America in Indiana, and it's a union factory so the only stipulation is they can't work us over 16 hrs a day, or 17 with lunches

Omg ppl. I work for the state of Illinois mandation is REAL. UP TO 16 hours a day!! You’re mandated. Sometimes when u r suppose to get off at 3, at 245 u get a your mandated for 8 hours call. Yes we r union so there are ways around mandation but sometimes you can’t get around it and it’s a nightmare, you really feel like a zombie come your two days off.

@Mistybenner I didn't even get 2 days off, we were working 7 days a week for almost 2 and a half years. We got holidays, and a few Sundays off. So right now 4 13's is a cake walk lol
