I didn't want to lose a huge amount of week again this week but I still expected to do a bit better than half a kilo. I think also it may be that its that time of the month. Going to try be super diligent this week.

Oh yessssss, that time of the month can weigh you in at 1-2kg heavier!!! I experienced it and also asked the biogenetic girl that I went to for my weigh in and measures. And she said that she NEVER weigh herself during that time of the month, coz you weigh heavier and she said it makes her a bit depressed. Lol... STILL, 500g is better than nothing!
