Worked out, taking Scanner to vet...worried. So why I can stay abstinent: I want to be thin, I know what works, what worked before will work again, I can have anything I want within reason just not flour or sugar products. I have a program, I know and understand the BB, I agree with the phenomenon of craving...I support that philosophy. and I have tons of help from human power.
