Okay... I've fallen off the wagon... heck, I don't know where the wagon is!
I can't wait to get home and be back to eating normal stuff... and back in my normal bed. I'm just starting to understand how sleeping less makes you eat more (well, not that I had a lot of self control to begin with, but it's really not helped by lack of sleep).
One more sleep and I'm back at home!

I know what you mean...don't be too hard on yourself, though it sounds like you already know this, lol. Giving your metabolism a break from many months of caloric deficit is actually a good thing, so I say enjoy the rest of your time there & don't stress about what you're eating. You'll be home before you know it. :)

((((HUGS)))) Not long my friend. I know how difficult it can be. Don't be hard on yourself. Get it set in your mind what day you will be able to be 100%. You are doing awesome. It is a minor setback, but it is life. Hang in there my friend.

Thanks all! I know I'll get back to it starting Saturday morning... which for most would sound bizarre (who starts dieting on a Saturday??:), but as soon as I'm back home, I'm back with my hubby who is such a good influence on me! I should be able to get the carb cravings over before I start the Toronto training next week!
