Appreciate all the advice yesterday. I have been getting up every hour from my desk and I am feeling much better. I am not sure if I mentioned I am also trying to drink at least 8-8 ozs of water at work, so when I get up and stretch I will try to drink my water then too. I have been told to drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces... I figured that up and that would be 161 ozs that comes to 20-8 ozs of water. My goal is to get the 8 cups in first and then try to increase slowly after that. Anyone have any advice?

I am excited, we have a new policy on or floor that we can get up every hour and do something active!!! We still have to stay live on our headsets and take care of calls (I work in an incoming call center). YAY! we can now do squats or something once an hour. I carry around an insulated cup everywhere filled with ice water. Sip on it off an on all the time. Most days I rack up around a gallon. My meds make me thirsty and I talk all day at work. It fits my car cup holders. I also stop and get refills (free) at convenience gas station stores if I run low. In the summer I usually have water bottles in the car for easy quick refills, I refill those. I freeze some of those for warm weather outdoor events, toss them in a cooler with some ice. I have slow melting ice water that stays cold. My grandkids raid those as well. If the bottles do not come back to me it's ok but I try not to create lots of waste with those bottles. I usually go through several cases over a summer.
