Went back to work at the college part-time yesterday. It was tough after being out for a month. I am tempted to ask doctor to send me to physical therapy because what little muscle I had, a month off my feet, I lost. Just walking into the office is a chore. Short of breathe and back tightens up. It's an administrative position so once I get to my desk I am fine. I set my computer for every 2 hours to get up and move. It is hard because I am stiff. I get down because my body it breaking down, but I have hope that if I just stay focus and journal my daily goals then I will have success and at least have somewhat of a life. Today I just feel sad.

At least you made yourself get back to work, I know it must have been hard try to remember baby steps. Your doing great just keep it up. I know that sounds simple and I know it's not but that's what I tell myself and when I slip I pick myself up try to start again. Know your not alone.

I feel ya sister! I swear by the pool in the am. It just is the only thing that will allow me to weigh just 10% of my body weight whist I work out.

Good for you going back to work. If you are getting stiff, try getting up more often. I find 2 hours and I'm stiff also. I make some excuse to get up and walk a ways at least once an hour, even if it's to go to the bathroom or go to the break room to refill a drink.
