Back from vacation, about 2-3 days ago I decided to weigh myself just to see how off the tracks I am and the scale went up to 148.5 lbs... I was not happy at all, however TOM was there and I eat whatever during that week, drank more than before and weighted myself this morning @ 144 lbs, which is not bad at all, only 1.5 lbs heavier than before I left... I got lucky I didn't go any further UP.... but now... it's time to kick back to my dieting and exercising! Life goes on! ;)
144.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

hello Mirej! I'm back too! how were your holidays? I see you're 1.5 lbs up... almost nothing! I'm sure you'll lose that after just one week of crunches and Burpees! well, I should shut my big mouth and go back to exercise too, because it's been 3 weeks I didn't do anything (beside working). I'm glad to read you again, and I hope we'll go back to diet and exercise together!
