feeling an emotional burst of energy to get moving again. Read the title of a book called "One Year, 100 lbs.". Want to do it. Want to get moving. Want to make good choices again. Felt an emotional gush thinking about becoming who I really want to be. Will get on treadmill or go for walk tonight. Bought new tennis shoes today. Recorded eating acurately. Feel hopeful. Starting my own mini challenge today. 1200 calories a day for two weeks (my parents will be here in two weeks) Will weigh in tomorrow.
