Out of Mexican tonite with friends - hope it doesn 't do me in.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I never gain while eating Mexican food. Try to avoid the flour tortillas, or order a taco salad and don't eat the shell.

Fajitas with the veggies. Add sour cream and fresh avocado. Avoid beans, tortillas, rice, and processed guacamole.
