Yeah...I've gained. TOM is coming though so I am not going to worry too much about it. I have weaned myself off the Norco so I am once again a functioning human being lol! There is only a mild ache left from where the tooth was extracted but other than that, I am soooo ready to get back on this life style change and work hard to trying to achieve my goals. I decided to reset my workout and such mainly because after being knocked out for how many days and still not fully sure that all the symptoms of withdrawals are gone, I want to take it easy and ease myself into the full blown thing. I am going to attempt my kettlebell tonight though.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Stretch. I needed this. It felt good, especially after doing nothing but sleeping for the past how many days thanks to the Norco. It felt good to be up and active though, even if it was just to stretch my body. :)

Plank: 10 second plank. I was somewhat shaky due to know doing it for a few days. I powered through it though and am glad I did.
