Morning, I thought I would tell you the new picture is Marcel, the other picture was Merlin the cat I lost in Feb. Aurdeybanks pointed out to me that she thought the other picture was Marcel. It's a really good pic of him but I'm not sure how well it shows to you'll I'm on a mini iPad so it's not too great unless I enlarge it.
I messed up yesterday I wanted to make a breakfast muffin and I had 2 recipes one was harder to make so I chose the easy one so I wouldn't be standing so long, well after I made them and ate one I realized they have nut meal as a main ingredient in them and don't work for induction. I'm hoping they will freeze ok for later.
I don't seem to be doing very well on my program this week I'm not paying enough attention I guess, maybe it's the pain meds I've been taking but I have to pay better attention from now own. I sure hope I can get in to see my Dr after Mon.
I'm not sure what part of the country everyone else is in but here in Southern AZ the temp has finally hit 100° and it's just the start of summer yuck I'm not looking forward to the heat. But we have great winters.

I live in Texas and we are wet for a change....did you make a MIMM? If so, I think you can have that on induction. I always have them and it doesn't cause me any harm. It just doesn't have the higher levels of fat and protein that I like so I don't do them often. Did you use flaxseed meal? The recipe I use doesn't call for nut meal. If you need a different recipe, let me know and I will help you.

Gwen I don't think I know a MIMM is, please tell me. When I took another look at my recipe it didn't have ground up nuts in it. I decided I was thinking about another recipe.

No I didn't make a MIMM I just wasn't thinking of the correct recipe. Thanks everyone for the good wishes for Marcel. I'll let you know what we find out.
