Addie Aline's Journal, 30 May 2015

Well I used an Atkins breakfast meal today because I'm in so much pain with my back still that I couldn't stand long enough to cook. I've had to take pain pills the last couple of weeks and I don't like to do that. One reason it slows your weight loss. I'm going to try to go to the Dr next week to get an MRI scheduled to see if something new has happened to my back because a flair up is usually getting better by now. Marcels appointment is Monday so I can't go then. Pray that there's nothing bad when she looks at his throat.

I have a couple of recipes I want to try today after the pain meds kick in. I ordered a natural arthritis med I'm waiting for it to come in I hope it helps. I can't take prescription ones because I'm allergic to a base ingredient that's in all of them. It will be so great if they work. I really want to be able to exercise.

I guess I've complained enough, pain makes me cranky. Thanks for listening.
