I haven't been working out as much the last few days but I'm eating low cal so my weight has me a bit stumped. I am going to go for a long walk today and see if that kicks my body back into burn mode. Hope everyone is doing well and having great success!
194.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you have to make sure you're eating ENOUGH. Don't go too low cal. If you eat below what your body burns while resting, you're not going to be able to lose. Do you know what your BMR is?
