I actually stuck within my calorie range yesterday and worked out for over 1000 cal deficit. That's the first time in a very long time for me. I felt so much better after the work out and I also ate a vegetarian diet yesterday. I feel like I'm getting this aspect of my life back under control. I have a picnic to attend tomorrow with people I've never met (community picnic for the fire department). Hopefully I can get out of there after a few hours and not eat too much. I'm not big on picnic food so it shouldn't be a problem. I think it is also supposed to be really hot tomorrow which will keep me from eating too much because I dislike the intense heat. Hopefully they have lots of water. Have a great weekend all.

Great job on the points and the exercise! I noticed your food diary yesterday and meant to send you a message on how great you did on your choices but forgot. I am so glad that you got back into your exercise habit too. It is so easy to get off track, isn't it? I hope you have a fun time at the picnic and have a nice weekend.
