I am like yikes going for big gurl lately! it's been a while since I weighed this. I gained like four lbs in two days granted i ate severAL mini muffins but da** I wanted to gain a lil shape. At first I thought all those squats were working but not really. Minor at best. Zumba on the weekend even did spin fri. My eating is just plain bad. I use to a small bowl of beans and rice for lunch and be good. My job is very stressful so noshing is my thing. A whole bag of utz chips. I use to rarely eat junk aND it does really feel uup.back in the day I could live off junk food and be just fine. Funny as it sounds when I ate real home cooked meals was when I gained weight back in the day. I got down to 125 for a while but I was doing three workout classes every night. I felt good but not stronger just lighter still dumpy.
