Another banner day at rehab! Last week not so much. After a sluggish performance last Wednesday, I succombed to a full blown cold, thus missing Friday rehab, and they were closed on memorial day. First time I have been sick since January 2014! I suspect my immune system was compromised from surgery, and my first day back at work was at a conference with 300 attendees spreading their germs everywhere! :0)

Feeling much better today, and decided to do all rehab on the elliptical machine. 30 minutes, with 25 spent between 135-150 BPM! 150 was a new high for me and I felt great! AND I burned 386 calories! I was doing HIIT, with 1 minute at increased RPM's to take my BPM to 150, then dialed it back for 2 minutes till I got to 135 BPM, then took it back up again... repeat til done!

I am glad everything is going good with your rehab. Take it day by day is all you can do and yes you will get stronger everyday with some days sucking and some banner ones like you had today. Heart rate is looking good. :)
