Day 18 of SDL's BLC and the scale is mocking me now. It finally moved down .2 of a pound. I'm eating good, I am getting tons of exercise, what's the deal? And I don't want to hear about muscles either. Last year I was doing 3-4 miles every single day and I was able to get past this plateau.

a scale isn't necessarily a good reflection of your "fat loss". it only reflects "weight loss" I'd suggest getting a BMI. Chances are your loosing fat but building muscle which weighs more than the fat it's replacing. The BMI will directly measure the percentage of fat to weight of your body.

You have lost 3lbs in the last 8 days. That is a great result even though you are expecting more. My plateau began when I started to exercise 6 times a week. It lasted 3 weeks in which I lost 1 pound despite healthy eating and my workouts. Stick with what you're doing, it will pass soon! And you're body is still changing for the better even if the scales don't show it.

See, I told you. Well, no I did not tell you much. But, all I think is that you should not worry that much about the balance. Remember, you are also doing your other program which at this point is helping you build muscle. And muscle weights more than fat! So, mujer, quited!!! You are doing fine!
