Fourth day of a stall on hCG R1PH2 day 28 of VLCD so I am doing an apple day today. Have lost 20 lbs. so far on this round (my first) so I am trying not to let the stall get to me. I have been eating about 400-425 calories per day. Got a B12 shot last Monday which really helped with my energy level so I have been more active, 5000 to 11000 steps per day. I had been loosing about .6 lbs. per day. Hopefully the apple day will get things moving again.
