back to the basics, I'm ashamed I'm this big again, Thts why I haven't been on here, but I was 20lbs heavier so it could be worst. thank god for waking me today to fight another day of obesity.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
