Nothing fits! This is the most I've weighed in my entire life and calls for drastic measures. Drinking lots of water and trying to not think of food. Feeling disgusted with myself for eating late at night when no one is looking. I'm hungry!

You can do this. but remember eating isn't your enemy, not burning the calories off during the day is! Make sure to use good wholesome fresh food as often as possible, and to up your exercise level a little more each week. Try kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga as a starting point, I use doyogawithme.com. It is free and it is working great for me so far. They have a great selection of videos, give it a try. Don't worry if you can't do all the poses in a session, just do what you can.

OK...Welcome...keep your determination, but lay aside the "self disgust". It is NOT helpful and usually leads us to MORE unhealthy eating IF we think about it very much....Cheering for you to meet ALL of your goals, one day at a time , one step at a time...(You might get some help from my journal entry of Jan. 27)...take care and keep on keeping on!!!!

Go for homemade broth, the processed ones have lots of salt. Thanks for reminding me I need to make some this weekend. Lots of nutritious whole natural foods, stay away from the processed with lots of added sugars and sodium
