9st 3 (0.2lb down from last week, and 1 off at WW) Still off the walking, and now the cycling too, only swimming allowed, and have to take proper ibuprofen not just the mousse now. Two weeks of that and then hopefully I can start to resume some gentle walks. So I'm really pleased to have even lost a sliver, and not to be too bunged up with the tablets while I'm behind on the activity, it could have been much worse! But I'm really missing the walks, and almost at a loss for plans for the bank hol and half term without trotting out to some gorgeous country tea room or something!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I suppose it's a testament to how far I've come and how much I've changed that the enforced rest is so irksome!
