I am posting 148 even though the scale says 145. I don't believe the scale when it has good news.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL - I weigh three or four times when I get a big loss - it is like I do not believe it but if it comes up three times - it is real!
