I was not planning on working out today but since our weekend trip was cancelled and hubby and I had taken the day off from work, we decided to take the kids to Jumpology today. 1 hour of jumping on a trampoline, Baby!!!! NOt sure which source to believe as far as how many calories I'll be burning. FS says trampolining for 1 hr will burn over 400 calories. Fitday says 150 (based on my weight and height), Sparkpeople says 218 (this is based on my height and weight), LiveStrong says 250 (based on weight and height), mycaloriesburned.com says about 230 (based on weight and height). I know that the more "things" I do while jumping will burn more but I don't do flips lol. I do try to do air squats and fast jumps to bring my knees to my chest but just casual jumping in general has to burn something and I don't know what to put.
