Well today has been interesting I have been starving all day! I think my body is running out of glucose to burn hasn't quite kicked in the keyosis yet! I kicked up my food intake quite a bit. I am above my RDI for the day but I feel great that I didn't give into temptation no white sugar no flour no bananas apples my go to foods. I am still hungry and it's 8 o'clock I'm going to try not to eat much maybe a cuppa tea with cream?i'm happy with my progress today but it still feels like I'm hanging on by the skin of my teeth. I can't wait to get into ketosis so that I'm not so hungry all the time so I have more willpower!
