I am going to cry. I am just so fed up of starting over and over again because of stupid speed bumps. I had a muscle strain or tear or whatever. It was so painful... What's the treatment? REST... I do not need to rest... I put on 2 kilos... I need to get back to running, walking gyming, dancing, etc... I feel so fat and weird... I am depressed, snappy and there's nothing around to motivate me :( That was until I came here and I read my buddies' journal entries... Thanks guys you all rock. I am still hurting, but you guys keep me going. Thanks and God bless for your journal entries and comments. Love and blessings, Ree!

Sometimes a good cry is a GOOD starting point...that gives us the Emotional release to take a deep breath and regroup!!!! Remember this is a GOOD Marathon...NOT a Sprint...Keep posting, please...even on difficult days... That way ...your journal helps provide focus...AND your buddies can help!!!!

I've gained and lost quite a few times. I've held fairly steady for the last two years. It's a struggle. This time I plan to keep it in check and not have the jump I had a Christmas time. I lift twice a week but have few outside activities. Starting a new one this summer, but it has always been about controlling the calories for me. Count everything, weigh everything every day, and weigh myself daily. It keeps me focused. You'll make it.
