I did a nice little workout that included the Bear Complex. YouTube it if you aren't familiar with this little number. I think I'm in love with this move.

6 Rounds:
5 reps - Bear Complex
400m run @ 7.0 mph

It took me under 30 minutes to complete these 6 rounds, but at a very nice calorie burn.

I've been keeping busy, but just not journaling too much. Life's just been going too good!!!
