I knew it I blew it.): I didn't really follow the program. It's hard I am having trouble focusing on my good eating habits. I was unable to workout at the gym for 3 weeks couldn't really leave the house my hubby needed drops every hour on the hour, but that is no excuse I could have done more at home, I just wasn't in to it. Hope to do way better this week now that I am back to the gym. Have a great Sunday everyone.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it Kiwi! This little wt. gain is just a blip on the radar. I have known you for several months now, and so far I have see a very strong will determined lady.:) I can't wait to celebrate with you on the other side of this-at the victory line! G.B.~Ann :)
