Agh! This was a bad month! I only lost one more pound! It has been tough. My weight consultant explained that because my body has been losing steadily over the last year, it goes through a "panic mode" where it will stop the weight loss for as long as it can. She said this usually happens around the 50 lb. lost mark and about where I am not, more than and additional 25 lbs. I have lost a total of 96 lbs. with 81 of it coming off since joining the weight loss clinic. She made me feel pretty good in the end. I went in embarrassed and defensive. But she said not to worry. I have been losing all along and really only stalled once in 11 months. So I am good. My allowable calorie intake right now is 1200 daily, so it is getting tough. Not too many and not too little. Agh! I hope to lose another 10 by next month. We'll see. Fingers crossed!
