Morning Blood Sugar: 182
Noon Blood Sugar: 131
Evening Blood Sugar: 125

No idea what caused the spike in my fasting blood sugar. My wife and I are going to make multiple flavored fat bombs today. Also smoking Boston butt, brisket and chicken today for meals all through the week.

Let me know what time you want my hubby and I over (LOL)....your menu sounds wonderful. Did you get enough good sleep? Are you stressed over something? Mine does that from time to time and it leaves me befuddled as well....perhaps you should try the standing up to sleep tonight!

nope, gonna sneak up on my liver and attack it with fat bombs tonight. hahahaha I will show it who is boss! you are welcome to come over, the smoking should be done around midnight, I smoke the meat at a low temp for about 12 - 16 hours.

Haven't made any fat bombs yet so will be glad to hear how yours go...I am afraid this is something that I could easily "overdose" on:)
