High Carb day was yesterday...actually went well. I didn't feel so fatigued while MMA training. Last night I did up to 6 five minute rounds of sparring! Two weeks ago I only did 4...and that was pushing it. Last night I could of probably done 7 but my arms ended up feeling so heavy. I think the carb cycling so far is going well. I am done with week 1 carb cycle. Now I just have to get more sleep at night. I keep staying up to catch up on Vikings. Every Saturday is cheat day. It sounds excessive but it feels so nice to let loose and take a break from tracking my food. It truly helps my weekends actually feel like weekends. I do still plan to do leg day on Saturday and keep active during my cheat day. Also I noticed most of my events land on Saturdays so I don't have to feel too restricted at events. For example last Saturday was my mothers B-Day. I was able to enjoy a small slice of cake and a cheese cake pastry. Tomorrow is a Bridal Shower at a seafood place. I will easily fill up on healthy seafood. But if there are any treats I can have one or two. Also know that I don't gorge myself on cheat days. I treat myself and let loose. I don't eat until I am sick...because I know a week of now I have another Saturday. And you know what? SO far I did carb cycling a week and a half...and had 2 cheat days. I stayed at 151 lbs. No weight gain. I also noticed any cellulite I had on my back thighs is also gone. I also have higher performance on training days. I want to see other great changes carb cycling can do now ....Maybe see my six pack soon? :)
151.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
