Well life never seems to slow down, now my 91 year old aunt, my husband and I care for is in the hospital. So I run to work 9 hours a day then go to the hospital until 8 pm, then get on-line to do my class work. Finally I get into bed around 12-12:30 am, just to get up at 5 the next morning. In the mean time I'm snacking and eat out everyday. My dinners have been McDonald, Wendy, Olive Garden, it's crazy. You can't stay focused with so much instability around you. I'm trying real hard to keep my breakfast and lunch under control, and to get my walking in so I'm parking way back behind Wyandotte Hospital so I have a good walk in. Hopefully she come home tomorrow, and I can get back to a normal day, and know what I'm haveing for dinner.
