Up +.6 this morning! (water retention)
I was so stoked about exercising, then while I was cooking I took a benadryl and ended up dozing off!!! I was so bummed. I also had a VERY high sodium snack yesterday and tons of diet soda! :(
I'm gonna drink my coffee, have plenty of water and eat more fiber. This is just a normal weight fluctuation pattern and I know that if I work hard today I'll be in the 155's tomorrow!
I wanna do the work. I like a challenge. I'll do things just because they're difficult, because I know it will make me stronger.
