Happy Monday everyone well today is not a good day for me I've been trying to get rid of this migraine since yesterday so I had to stay home to take care of me. I am doing my program today, but I added a little more to breakfast then I should have such as my frosted flakes which is one of my weaknesses and is not on my BTD list. In the meantime I guess I'll burn calories by resting today. I will wake up early Tuesday morning ready to fight the fat have a good day everyone.

I hope you get to feeling better. I also suffer from migraines, although I do not have them for more than a few miserable hours. Never the less they are intense and horrible. My thoughts are with you.
